Was born January 4, 1973, at Moscow (Russia). D.Sc. Federal professor of mathematics at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and professor (part-time position) at the Mathematical Analysis department of the Saint-Petersburg State University. Member of the Moscow Mathematical Society and member of the Saint-Petersburg Mathematical Society.
K. Fedorovskiy is a well-known specialist in the field of Complex Analysis and Approximation Theory. He is author and coauthor of more than 40 research publications, including one monograph. Main fields of scientific activity of K. Fedorovskiy include theory of polyanalytic functions; analytic and geometric properties of domains in the complex plane and their conformal mappings; approximation of functions by solutions of elliptic PDE; boundary value problems for elliptic PDE; theory of model spaces. |

In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of mechanics and mathematics (department of theory of functions and functional analysis), Lomonosov Moscow State University (summa cum lauda). His scientific advisors were Academician of the Russian Academy of Science A.G. Vitushkin, and Professor P.V. Paramonov. In 1997 K. Fedorovskiy graduated from the postgraduate program of the Faculty of mechanics and mathematics, Lomonosov Moscow State University and defended his PhD thesis entitled «Uniform and C^{1}-approximation of functions by polynomial solutions of second order elliptic equations on compact sets in **R**^{2}». In 2002-2003 in the frameworks of the program «INTAS Experienced Post Doctoral Fellowship» he worked at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain). In 2013 at the St. Petersburg Department of V.A. Steklov Institute of Mathematics of the Russian Academy of SciencesK. Fedorovskiy defended his second dissertation (D.Sc. dissertation/habilitation) entitled «Approximation of functions by polynomial solutions of elliptic equations» (approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation in March 2014).

Since 1996 K. Fedorovskiy is a regular participant of the Seminar of Complex Analysis (Gonchar Seminar) at the Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Science, and of the Seminar «Complex analysis in several variables» (Vitushkin Seminar) at the Faculty of mechanics and mathematics, Lomonosov Moscow State University.

K. Fedorovskiy was an organizer of several international conferences in Complex Analysis and Approximation Theory. He is a chairman (jointly with professor P.V. Paramonov) of the seminar «Approximation by analytic functions» at the department of theory of functions and functional analysis, Faculty of mechanics and mathematics, Lomonosov Moscow State University. He is a chairman of the seminar ‘Analysis and differential equations’ at the department of Applied Mathematics, Bauman Moscow State Technical University (jointly with G.V. Grishina). He is a member of the editorial board of the journal «Herald of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Series Natural Sciences».

K. Fedorovskiy actively collaborates with mathematicians working at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain), and in Aix-Marseille Université (France).

During last 20 years K. Fedorovskiy was a team leader or principal investigator of several research projects by the Russian Foundation for Basic Researches, by the Russian Science Foundation, by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, and by INTAS.
